During the past 35 years, we have constructed over 600 homes. We are proud that we never attempted to duplicate one. After completion, the plans were destroyed so the Homeowner would have a "one-of-a-kind" home.
Approximately 450 homes were built on speculation. Margaret Ann decorated these, by choosing the house plans , brick,roofing, carpet, cabinets, light fixtures, and landscaping.She even had window treatment installed in many. The secret of our success goes to her excellent color co-ordination of blending building materials with our future Customers' expectations.
